lol, depends on you to be honest. I'd go for the one with the raid capabilities incase I want to use raid in the future.
good point haha, i compared the two on newegg.com this is what it said about the raid: ud3r ----------------------------------------ud3p
SATA 3Gb/s -----8--------------------------------------------8 SATA RAID ---- 0/1/5/10--------------------------------------0/1/5/10 --tried to line them up as best as i can haha
and heres the link: CLICK there doesnt seem to be a difference with the raid...maybe im wrong or not looking hard enough but im tired heeee

For the small amount of $$$ I would go for the 'P' version, better audio, 2 lans and the option for Crossfire. I've also read on other forums that there are issues with the 'R' bios.

well i gave gtx 260, so crossfire is out of the question haha, now will be the o/c capabilities be the same?
Just setup a "P" in a new E8400 system last night. Went super easy and it's a VERY nice board. I ordered another this morning and I'm building myself a Q6600 box... lol
