I'm looking for a PSU that can power an HD 4850, that is at low cost, and that is good quality. I've narrowed my choices down to:

SeaSonic M12II SS-500GM 500W ATX12V 2.2 /EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply

PC Power & Cooling Silencer PPCS500 500W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817703015

SeaSonic S12 Energy Plus SS-550HT 550W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151027

Right now the PC Power & Cooling PSU seems the best deal, but I know it's not one of the "high performance" PSU's that PC Power & Cooling manufactures so I'm still not sure.

Im partial to Seasonic. Go with the 550 S12, for a little extra oomph. You did not mention any other components, so i'll assume you've calculated that any of them will be sufficient.
