Cant Boot XP after installing Windows 7

If you need/or want to have a dual boot system, correct sequence would have been to first install windows xp say on C: drive, then install Windows 7 on D: drive, this way you wouldn't need any 3rd party boot manager to boot in whichever OS you want to.
