SATA disk not running in correct DMA mode?

Hopefully a simple one but using "HD Tune" to look at the info on the HDD of one of my computers i noticed that it said the following:

Supported: UDMA Mode 7 (Ultra ATA/512)
Active: UDMA Mode 5 (Ultra ATA/100)

FYI the model is a 200Gb Samsung Spinpoint (SP2004C)

Is this normal or should it be running faster and if so how do i make it so?

...I also noticedd all my other HDD's running like this.

Any help is appreciated.

- Hd Tune often tells it wrong
- It depends on the host as well
- Is your Sp2004c Pata or Sata?
- UDMA Mode 7 (Ultra ATA/512): what's that?
- What does Hd Tach tell as buffered read speed?
