Hello,
I have a Toshiba laptop that has an ATI graphics card, and I connected it with an external CRT monitor via VGA, because the laptop's monitor has many vertical lines that are stacked.
The other monitor works fine, but I cannot change its frequency. The default frequency is 60 Hz as it corresponds to the LCD monitor of the laptop. Going to the settings to change the frequency, I see that the only option is 60 Hz, and I cannot change it to 85 Hz.
What can I do?
What is more, what do you suggest me to do with the LCD monitor that has the aforesaid problem? Is there a possibility to fix it if I open it?
Thank you in advance.
