G.SKILL PI Black 4GB

is the G.SKILL PI Black 4GB ram compatible with my gigabyte ud3p? im pretty sure but i just wanna make sure.. so im posting this haha
i have tried looking around for a mem config but none have my mobo listed
any help would be great thanks

any memory will work with that motherboard 1366+ memory DDR2 support from that motherboard. OCZ, Corsair, samsung. G.skill, kingston,Adata.wintec, but crucial runs to hot they give up about a yr or so
