on cases when you hook up front panel what coler is - white or blue?

I tried hard to decipher that, I really did.

The front panel of a case usually has several connections. Power, HDD LED, Reset SW, are three but your case might have more than that.

ya but i juts whant to know what coler wire going to connectiers is nagitive blue or white so i don't plug theam in wrong on the motherboard

Come on..Just follow the wires back to where they go on the front panel.
Remove the front panel if you have to.

Well as knotknut said follow wires the only thing that can go wrong is your LED wont work if backwards but wont hurt anything you just have to swap the wires/plugs

In general, the colored wire is +, and the black or white wire is -, or ground.
If you look closely at the connector, you should see a tiny + or delta on the plus side.

The arrow, delta, or + indicates the + sode of the connector.
