It is not a brand that I have heard of, however:

I suspect that it is not a good one.

1) If it was 80+ efficient, they would have included it in their specs.
2) A lot of their power goes to the 3.3v and 5v rails, and not to the 12v rails which is where it is needed.
3) Good units will make one of their two 6 pin pci-e connectors a 6+2 type.
4) They do not specify what temperature range the unit will deliver power at. A poor unit will deliver spec power at 20c, a good one at 40c.
5) Is that 500watt continuous power, or peak power?

+1 @geofelt. It doesn't look as bad as a Raidmax, but I don't think I'd trust it.

Judging by the specs posted, that is an old design, not compliant with the power requirements of modern motherboards and peripherals.
