I have an old system whose specs are like this
466Mhz intel celeron, 192mb ram, SiS 620 mobo with a 235W psu.
Can i OC the CPU with the current mobo? If yes then to what extent can i do it??

Very old computer working? (In-joke, the long time members would get it. Google will enlighten you)

Can't really say how far you'd get with it, it's a matter of try and see.
