Ok, my problem is that onece i set up my computer up my memory timeings are at 8-8-8-18, that was my "optimal" settings under my Bios, i had to manualy set it to 6-6-6-16 anyhtign under that and my system will not POST like is should, any help here?

You might try running 2x1 at 5-5-5-18 and if you can run stable,tighten them 4-4-4-14.Then put 2 back in.
I see your at 61% OC, if the first step doesn't work you may want to half your OC, then start bringing it up a little at a time.
