More Information

So my new card just arrived, and while the card is performing just beautifully, the Zalman cooler they have thrown on this model is emitting just a foul high-pitched whine. Since the fan speed on the 4850 Toxic cannot be adjusted I can't do anything about it via software. Does anyone know what would normally cause this in the hardware itself? Is it something that be fixed easily or would it be better to just RMA the card when they're back in stock?
