ABIT QUAD GT IX38
CORSAIR 750W PSU
LEADTEK 9800 GX2
Q6600
OCZ 1066MHZ REAPER 4GB 2 X 2GB

Right here is my problem, every time I play a game, I get like 15 minutes into it and all my screen starts to go fuzzy, I can hardly see what it is displaying it is so bad.

My system is at stock not oc, all temps are ok

I have built this system and cant fault it until playing a game

I get either a fuzzy screen like in RED ALERT 3 BETA

or in call of duty 4 I get either a BSOD with this error nvlddmkm.sys and then restarts.

or

I get put to desktop with display driver has stopped working and has recovered.

Please can someone help me, its driving me up the wall.]

Thanks

try reinstalling the drivers...Uninstall them completely and reinstall them again the latest ones.

I had the same problem a while ago. It usually happened when I OCed the card. Either give that a try.

BTW: Vista really doesn't like Nvidia drivers for some reason:P

Probably because nVidia does a crappy job of writing them. I gave up on them and went back to ATI video cards.

Yeah i was going to do that, but the 4870 X2 isn't closing the gap enough for me to change. I'm going to wait for a single GPU that can slightly out perform the X2:)
