Ok so i just uninstalled my old drives to install the new ones. so i did all that and installed the new drivers with the new catalyst and when it started back up the new catalyst won't open and the resolution auto set it self is there any tips of how i can get it to open

Sounds like you have that .net problem. If you get the mom.implementation or cli.implimentation error message its because of a conflict with .net and steam. I had that very same problem, but rather than figuring that workaround out, I just used system restore. (The workaround involved reinstalling .net and steam in certain order)
