Fan suggestion for Noctua C12P heatsink kit?

I'm going to be using a Noctua C12P heatsink kit for my new Q9550 CPU. Just one problem, I don't like the 3-pin non-PWM fan that it comes with, on a more trivial note I dislike the color also!

Can anyone suggest a good PWM 120mmx25mm fan that I could replace Noctua's own fan with? I have one suggestion, the Nexus 120mm PWM silent case fan, I just want some other products to look over.

Ha, because that steak only runs at one speed, the hamburger can vary its "flavor" depending on temperature.
