Endpoint format error

I am having troble with my computer every time i turn it on it tells me that lsass.exe-system error then it says the endpoint format is invalid and as soon as i press ok the computer will reboot and it just does it again. I have also tried to start it in safe mode but i get the same message, all i want to do is to get the files of music, pictures, ect. then i will reload windows on to it if i have too.

Sounds kind of like that infamous Sasser worm. Are you running an unpatched system?

If de-worming doesn't help, you could always snag a $10 hdd adapter off www.Newegg.com, hook your hdd up to another (patched) computer, and grab your files.
