^there's my computer, pics of the inside case are there.

I will be upgrading the PSU, but I just want to make sure the card will actually fit. As long as it fits (tight or not) I'll be fine. What do you guys think?

If it will fit, do you think the PCIe power connector will reach to the plug in on the card?

I believe it does fit, length wise at least. There are shorter HD 4850 versions (normal PCB is like 9.5" ) like the Sapphire HD 4850 Dual slot, that has a custom PCB of 8". Here you can read more about it:
