Where does $1250 put you on your budget? right on, little over, little under? Might have a couple of recommendations but your situation will help dictate answers? :) :)

Looks good.

Possible improvements (but nothing very important, no worries):

P5Q Pro (P45) instead of the P5QL (P43). It's $150 at newegg, for example.

CM 690 without PSU, combined with a Corsair 650TX or 750TX PSU

That's just for future-proofing, i.e. so you can add a second video card later without having to replace the MB or the PSU. Also, Corsair's PSUs get better reviews than CoolerMaster's.

Good suggestion aevm but my budget is 1200-1250 folks to buy more expensve parts other parts need to be sacrificed or downgraded any more suggestions!

Well then leave it as it is. All those parts are already great bang for the buck. I can't suggest any intelligent downgrade, honestly. A cheaper CPU would hurt, less RAM would hurt, etc.

I have no idea about the Sabrent tuner or the PS2 controller. Are you sure those are good? The tuner especially at $20 is suspicious. I paid $140 for my ATI Theater 650 last year, for example.

The ps2 controller is to use with a Radioshack PSX to USB converter I have I works quite well

The TV card I don't Know I am hoping at least the FM radio is good but i am thinking about omitting it.
