POWERSUPPLY (a case combo is also an option)

PROCESSOR

HARD DRIVE
DVD DRIVE
TV TUNER (cheap but good)
KEYBOARD AND MOUSE

lol this is such a vague question

what will you use it for, gaming, apps, editing?
do you plan on upgrading?

usually, the person picks the parts and we tell them if its good or not, if your plannign on building a computer and are too lazy to pick the parts, i say go with dell... or even apple.=P
