hello..can u all help me?my windows cannot shutdown or restart properly....i also untick my auto restart system...when i restart or screen will appear...when my restart or shutdown will hang at blue to fixed?i also try using cmd command for check C: n D: but nothing effect or got bad sector...that i need windows xp cd to recovery?coz i juz download registry fragment...after finish,my windows be like this me please...i scare my hdd will effect...

What is the code on the blue screen?

You don't 'download' a registry fragment. So, did you download something before this happened?

If you did make a change that has caused this, and can get to a command line, type:
and press enter. That will open the system restore points. Roll back to before you made the change.
