How do I unhide my main partition in dos?

I have a Sata Hard drive that has had the primary partition hidden by Paragon Partition manager 9 as I was trying to install a new copy of XP on a second partition for a dual boot and something went wrong. The second partition was deleted and now I am back to only having the main partion with XP on it, but I can't boot to it because Paragon hid it. I have a boot disk and can get to the recovery console and can see it and the OS, but thats it. How can I unhide or make it active again from a dos prompt?

Thanks for you help.

  1. On your recovery CD there should be a utility called Fdisk. You'll need to run it in DOS, so I suggest you take a look at this before trying anything.
