It worked flawlessly for 1 month. at 650/1620/2000.
Now these days while playing cs graphics freezes sometimes with sound stuttering. I return to desktop and then returning to game fixes it.
Also while playing Turok at max, today there were random colors one time, returning to desktop and then returning to game fixed it.
Is this due to pagefile error or else ? The gpu temperature is fine at 60 C
but cpu is hovering at 65-70 at full load which is just below max for p4.
What might be wrong ?

random colors/distorted textures are called artifacts, these appear when the Graphics card's memory is running beyond what it's capable of. I would suggest to try and lower your clocks a bit to see if it helps (maybe to something like 900-950 instead of 1000).

Also you should list the rest of your system components.
