Help my comp is running too slow even in safe mode

When you boot your computer, try to check your computer properties, look, how much RAM are you using, try to check them, if it got problem. Try to check your processor(s), if processor(s) have got any problems, try to check it with computer fixer.
Boot your computer in Safe Mode only, because if you run normally, it will take at about 10-15 min. to boot Windows.

Any number of things can cause system slowness such as this. When you say it takes 7 minutes to load windows, where does the slowness occur? At the windows splash screen before the OS is loaded? Or does it boot past the splash screen and into windows and take a long time to load the desktop? Once we know this, we can start narrowing it down...
