i wanna to overclock my cpu core 2 quad q8200
i have :
gigabyte ep45c-ds3 mainborad
2 giga ddr2 kingstone bus 800 1pcs
260 GTX oc gigabyte
power supply huntkey 550 watt

well thanks to your ram 2.8ghz will be your limit, and using single channel memory isnt so great etc

read the overclocking guides, set everything manually and stick to a 1:1 ram ratio

read the sticky's on how to overclock! you will actually have to learn how to overclock...read and learn, don't reley on someone to just tell you the values. Overclocking is a lot of trial and error and retesting. You have a locked processor...so the only way you can overclock is by upping your FSB frequency. There are going to be a lot of variables...voltage, ram timing, FSB frequency, ram frequency...it's all trial and error. And just because somone else with the same setup gives you the numbers, doesn't mean you can run the same overclock...every CPU is a little different.
