I have to purchase a new heatsink for my processor ....

I have only one option for purchase (considering performance and my wallet) in the area and country that I live in.... and that is Cooler Master Hyper N520 ..

I have a EVGA 750i FTW motherboard..

Please tell me if this heatsink will fit on my motherboard properly..

I have a Cooler Master CM 690 chassis

my rig:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300
EVGA 750i FTW motherboard
EVGA 9800 GTX+ graphics card
Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800 4 GB dual channel memory
PC Powe & Cooling Silencer Quad 750 W power supply
