Will be gaming at 1920 x 1200. Have 4 Gig of ram and Vista 32. Will the 9450 bottleneck the newer GPUs?

LOL, no way. OK, maybe in Flight Simulator X. Tell you what: check in Task manager. If you see it often at 100% or close, overclock it.

You really should get a Vista 64 for the newer GPUs at that resolution. That is, you'd need something like 4870X2 or whatever, and with a 32-bit Windows you'd lose access to a lot of your 4 GB of RAM.

No, slight overclock to 3.2~ 3.4 will keep up with the GTX 280 SLI'd, or the 4870X2.

Stock clock will help multi threaded games rocking, but will hamper some newer titles (with Crysis too).
