Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to run two 7-series Nvidia cards in a non-SLI configuration using the PCI-e slots of this motherboard?

I need to run three monitors and have 2 7800GTXs sitting around.

I just wanted to make sure it was possible to utilize both PCI-e slots for this usage.

Thanks!

You shouldn't have a problem. If you ever want to use them in SLi though you will have to find some hacked drivers.

I'm thinking of something similar...

I'm getting the same motherboard and I want to attach it to a tri panel setup of 20", 24" and 20" lcd's.

Is it possible to hook up a decent card for the middle 24" lcd for games, and attach the wing 20" lcd's to another garphic card (of lesser quality?) and be able to play movies / watch tv on the side panels while playing a game on the main 24" display?

(Is this possible with WinXP?)

Thanks!

Interesting. Do you have any more info about SLi on a non-SLi board?
