screen is black with message of 0xc0000005, cant get into the computer ,tried in safe mode but message comes back please help

Did you try to run 'Safe Mode with Command Prompt'?If no, then try and try to check your volume(s) by typing 'diskpart', then 'list volume' or 'list disk', then select your boot volume with 'select volume x', and then type 'clean' or 'clean volume x'.
