how hot are your cpu and gpu running ?
and if it is not heat related it is definitely driver related,
nvidia needs to step it up with releasing more drivers,
at a more incremental date,
like once every two months at the very least would be nice =[

it is everithing cool cpu is at 37 and gpu at45 but i can controll my fan
i have tried every driver i have find

can it be a bad graphic card????

i do not think your gpu is defective,
i would bet on it just being driver related,
some newer nvidia cards dont run older games right,
do you have some newer games you can test it on ?

CoD4, Bioshock, Crysis, CnC3, Quake Wars, etc.

and what can i do now
if it is like this i can throw away all my games???

well do the newer games run on it ?

you could put an old card in when you want to play the older games,

are your motherboard drivers/bios up to date,

have you overclocked your card,

is it currently overclocked, if so put it on stock speeds and see if the older games will run.

i didn t have time to try some new games but mi card is not overclocked
and my pc runs ok and is not overclocketd
thes can t be possible that older games don t run on this card

and it is another thing that makes mi think at a defective gpu when i have me graphics card enabled my computer somtimes freezes for 2 or 3 secounds but when thw gpu is disabled that doesn t happen at all!!!

RMA it, or w/e you have to do to get it replaced, yeah its probably bad, at least you know its not anything else wrong in your system
