Resetting Video Options Nvidia 7900GTX

I finally tried hooking up my pc to my HDTV today with failed results and now I need help. My tv is a 42" Sony model is KDF-E42A10 my video card is a 7900gtx.

I didn't read up on hooking the two up so I took a S-Video cable I had lying around plugged it into the back of the tv and into my pc. I used the Nvidia control panel to look for my tv it didn't show up so I checked the force look for tv on boot option. Restarted it worked.

I then proceeded to look at a few more options. I hit an option (not sure which one) where now all I see on my monitor is my desktop and mouse. No icons and start menu. The image does however show up on the tv but there is three duplicates of the image it's black and white and flickers so much I can't tell what's going on.

So my question is, how do I get my settings back to normal on my monitor and not on the tv. I tried just restarting my pc and that didn't work. Is there some key combo I can press or what? Any help is apperciated.
