Hi, I'm new to the Award Bios settings. When I go into bios & try and set almost anything it either freezes or runs unstable. Also I have not flashed my Bios since I bought my PC about 1 year ago.

My hardware is

AMD 9850 2.5ghz with Large Coolmaster Copper heat sink
Gigabyte SLI mobo
4 gigs of 800mhz ram
EVGA 9800GTX
Raptor 80 gig Windows 7 installed
I have 5 fans in case

Now I really have no reason to overclock for gaming on either the GFX card Or Processor. I can run all of the latest games on high and they run smooth.
But I do Occasionally covert video and would like to run all for cores close to 3ghz each.

Does anyone have a config like this?
