So i built this pc about 2 months ago.

nVidia eVGA 8800gt

Tonight i booted my computer to see no Video and i heard a long NON STOP Beep.

When i take out my eVGA 8800gt and i boot my pc i hear no Beep.

Any Ideas?

Thanks for the link..

According to that site a Long continous Beep is due to DRAM. I Took out everything and put it back in place...Still same problem (no video, long continous beep)

I keep a cheap pci video card handy for testing, it makes things easier.

**fixed**

After much trouble shooting and reading mass amount of forums i came to the conclusion that the long continuous beep is a "scream" and that is notifying me that my gpu is not fully plugged into my power supply... I had one female port plugged in but a male port wasn't so i plugged it in and no more scream computer boots up fine. After 2 months i have no idea why it started doing this now......

Little weird fix, but a fix is a fix amirite?

I also keep an old PCI video card. It's worth next to nothing, but it's so handy when debugging.

spitty32, did you try with a single memory module? Can you use a different video card?
