I have the CORSAIR DOMINATOR 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500).

Shouldn't it be 5-5-5-15?

Also when i look in the bios the default is 5-7-7-24 with 1.80v......... Soooo weird!

Gigabyte EP45-ds3
Antec 650w

You can go into the BIOS and manually adjust the timings. Most BIOS's will not correctly identify 1066 Ram speeds. They are technically overclocked. Not that it is going to make much difference anyway.

I'll run memtest and just see what happens @_@

Memtest only tells you if you have defective ram or faulty. Just do what jitpublisher said and then run Memtest.

I was just wondering as well is it safe to continue my RAM at 5-7-7-24 with 1.80v?

I also ran memtest for 7hours with these settings and no errors
