Are 2 500GB 7200rpm HDD's better than 1 TB 7200rpm HDD for gaming???

I'm just curious if I should order a 1 TB 7200rpm HDD or two 500GB 7200rpm HDD's. I do like to do alot of gaming (Lord of the Rings Online, Dragon Age, Crysis, etc...). Any info would be appreciated. Let me know if you need more info from me.

As far as i know, the game itself surely installed on 1 hardisk not 2, right?
So it doesn't matter what would u choose... :)

Honestly, I'd be surprised if you could tell a difference. I'd lean towards the single drive for reasons entirely unrelated to speed (such as cable clutter, number of free SATA ports, etc).
