Format a falsh drive back to fat?

i formatted my kingstone flash to fat32 in winxp boot and screwed it up.
now i can't find a way to format it back to fat.
plz help

I've used HP Drive Key utility. You can find it here or here.

select the device, right click - Properties - Hardware tab - select the usb device - Properties - Policies ... select the "Optimized for quick removal" - ok

Try now

If that does not work, change it back to performance.
