would this setup be good for a PC meant to work as an HD capable (not yet needed)/ main PC for my multitasking needs?:

Well i decided to go for an intel build for my HTPC/ Main computer, which will be in my room and will be hooked up via HDMI to my 42 inch samsung plasma. (720p, but i have a 67 inch dlp that can do full hd so ill be moving around). no gaming is needed, just the ability to play blu ray, which ill buy a drive in the future when its cheaper.

heres what im looking to buy, ill be doing a quad core, since im a multi tasker and id like to be running all these things at the same time. (CS3, ripping dvds, blu ray, transcoding, virus scan):

CPU: Intel Q6600 $195 (should i go for a faster C2D?)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115017

MOBO: GA-EG45M-DS2H (G45 IGP) (not sure if i should go with the intel board, but i dont need the pcie x16) $128

RAM: G Skill 2x 1g = 2gb (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231098)

(theres the [http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227139 OCZ with the same specs but with a 30 MIR that comes out to 19 bux, but im not sure if i should go OCZ) $44 or $19

HDD: 320gb Western Digital (already bought from ZZF, luckily got the single platter version) $65

DVD DRIVE: have a dvd burner laying around wont be needing one now, but will probably go blu ray later.

CASE: Antec NSK1480 (its slim and nice, but will it fit all the above good? its hard to find this case for some odd reason, anyone know? and it has a good PSU) $99
(http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=206805439&loc=0)

TOTAL: $675 shipped +taxes came 10 dollars above budget but i can deal with that.

so my question will this rig be good? will everything run fine as it should? and hows that case? that mobo should be good enough for HD playback even though it has a few quirks they are being worked out with updates, and should i use the intel board?

thanks

the g45 is the IGP so i dont need a video card, it supports full hardware accel. of all 3 bluray/hd codecs so i should be fine on the media side, since no gaming is needed, as for links ill fix them right away!

not sure if ill be running 32 or 64 bit, but im fine with 2gb for now, im still able to upgrade later in the future, mobo has 4 DIMM slots.

I still think a dedicated video card will do better with blu-ray playback, etc (since it will have its own dedicated memory opposed to using onboard ram).

i THINK this board has on board sideport memory for the IGP itself, thats 128mb which will help a little, might get 2x OCZ 2gb dual channel kits for 19 dollars each for a total of 4gb for 40 dollars.

can i mount a 48570 x2 on that mobo
when it comes out of course
that mobo seems to have a lot in it
but I also want to mount a graphics card in it so I can play high setting games

any more suggestions? looks like this GB is better than the intel one from what ive seen. still not sure if the case can keep the quad cool
