Why i can't get PCIe x16 2.0? i have PCIe x16
i have mbo which supports PCIe x16 2.0
running visiontek 4870 8.6 drivers
vista ultimate 64bit

You may as well use the newer 8.8 drivers.

As said, what board? PCI-E x16 is not 2.0, 2.0 is a new revision to double the bandwidth of the slots while still maintaining backwards/forward compatibility.

i have biostar TA770 A2+
it supports pcie x16 2.0

Its at 2.0, gpuz just dosent/cannot determine the difference. If your board supports 2.0, its 2.0 that simple. It cannot "nerf" itself down to 1.1
