the thing about light is i like alot of them the more the better heh

budget is around 850 after tax and shipping is 1000$

i have a few more questions:

is there any other site beside newegg thats good to buy stuff from?
because im looking for sunbeam chromatic wind mill and i cant find it

the cpu i pick is E2220 is there any cpu thats better for video decoding that is around 100$?

should i just stick with the heat sink that comes with the cpu or something else?
if something else what should i get?

im going for a 500 watt power supply is that enough?
because i never turn off my computer

is the motherboard i pick aright?
because i dont know what to look for in a motherboard
dont know that the north and south bridge is
so i dont know how to find a good one

SLI just means linking 2 video card together right?

If you insist on having a complex LED fan system, you may want to look at a more expensive case that comes with the fans etc already, such as the Antec 900 ($120.) However, if you're looking to cut costs you could get a case+PSU combo or a barebone PC.
