Blue screen when booting up Ox0000008e

Hello,
I get the blue screen of death evertime I boot up my computer with the error STOP 0x0000008e (Oxc0000005, )x804D9A69, 0xB5FF9AE$, )0x00000000. It only boots up in the safe mode with command promt (safe mode and safe mode w networking doesnot work). Tries running chkdsk -r , but failed after that. Any suggestions - need help fast.
