Are there video card fans that mount directly in a LAPTOP??

I just bought a Dell inspiron 15 with a 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD4330 video card... I will be gaming a lot+ doing my schoolwork and since i would like to overclock it i would also like to reassure myself that the video card does not overheat and crash my computer like my last one( not overclocked ). I was wondering if there are any mini fans that can actually mount onto or really close by my video card in my laptop blowing directly onto it to keep it cooler??

Your best option is to buy a notebook stand with built-in fans. There are way too many to list.
