I wasn't sure what to post this as so I gave it my best guess.

Anyway, I have a computer that belongs to a friend. He gave it to me to look at. I recommended the microphone he has and he has had it for 1.5 years. There hasn't been a problem until recently.

I did some testing and found out that whenever he tries to broadcast with his microphone (ventrilo, MSN voice chat, whatever) all it broadcasts is his current audio playback; That is, everything he hears out of his speakers.

I did some searching and messed with settings and I can't seem to figure it out.

Thanks,

Tucker
