I have a PEG-T615 and a memory stick wireless adaptor. Adaptor only recognized by Palm 5.0. Can I make it work on my PDA, or do I need to invest in a newer model? Thanks for your help.

You can't update a Palm 4.0 OS to 5.0. The hardware requirements are different.
You're going to have to buy a new unit.
