Hi All,

Looking for some how to advice on how to handle this switch with minimal damage control: thanks in advance for the help.

Have a pe2850 running exchange on it. The motherboard failed and we have a new one on the way. With that being said, will I be able to just install the board and slap the drives in it without any issues regarding the RAID configurations?

Thanks.

If you had to change settings on your mobo to activate the arrays, I would assume so. Were you able to back up everything before your motherboard failed? You might also wanna check this thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/196922-32-switching-s...

With RAID1, switching between different branded controllers will not be a problem.
