myfriends mobo died few weeks back so he's planing to get a gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L rev 2.0 mobo
so would this board support overclocking rams like transcend ddr2 (800Mhz) timing 4-4-4-12 ram ?

i didn't get you man btw he has two sticks of 1.00 GB ddr2 (800) mhz transcend rams

You should have no issues using that RAM.
Just make sure and manually set the speed, timings and voltage in the BIOS.

so if i use the default timing (4-4-4-12) there is a chance of facing problem .....

You will have to manually set the speed, timings and voltage in the BIOS.
If you do not, it will probably default to the JEDC standard 800Mhz, 5-5-5-18 and 1.8v.

well the timing of these rams are 4-4-4-12 and the votage is 1.8 so would this timing be good 5-5-5-15 ?
