what is QPI Vcore? And when i do increase the core clock do i have to log into windows or can i just restart the computer from the BIOS and keep increasing the core clock until i run into a BSOD?

Well you can keep increasing until you fail to post, but I prefer the long way of booting windows, then doing a quick test for stability. I run a 1 to two minute test, then back to bios for more tweaking. The reason I do this, is that way I know how my system is responding to my settings, and I also will have a decent idea what the last good configuration was.

sportsfanboy has the right idea. Tweak in BIOS; test for stability in Windows.
