Moniter too dark

Hello,
I have a old PC running Windows XP Pro SP 3. It has Intell 1.8GHz and 768 MB RAM.I have a Rage

128 Pro Ultra 4XL UR-R AGP video card. I used two different moniters both moniters appear dark

regardless of how I adjust the controls on either moniter.It seems that the problem is either the

video card itself or the driver.

Where can I get a current driver for this video card?
I'm very inexperienced. Can anyone offer advice?

Are those monitors CRT types? (Glass picture tubes).
If they are, the picture tubes go dark after a couple thousand hours of use, and loses focus.

If you want a new driver.... well... there aren't any. You can download another driver to see if it helps at all HERE.
