Reboot loop after resizing 72.9 GB HHD with Norton Partition Magic 8.5

Hello, My Name is Michael Neuert and I am currently and A+ Technician and I just came across a problem that I am currently stumped on

The Problem is " That a Reboot loop stated right after resizing a 72.9 GB HHD with Norton Partition Magic 8.5

I seem to recall Part-Magic offers to make a rescue disk before making changes.
My guess is that you thought it would all be Ok and didn't make one.

For now, Peck the F8 key every second on startup and when given the opportunity, disable auto restart on error, see what the blue screen error is and go from there.
