Ive been prepping for another LN2 run tommarow as part of a competition. I think you guys might think these shots are pretty damn cool.
EDIT: realized some couldnt see the pics, so i fixed them(enjoy)
So here ya go...
Preliminary testing, making sure everything works fine and dandy.
A nice action shot with ln2 in the pot.
Another
Finishing up some insulation and finishing an extension on my NB pot.
and it only took me 4-5 hrs.....
All the volt mods/ read points. (took me a damn long time to get those all down)
All the volt meters and temp meters. Yeah i have to keep track of all of those.
Card on the right is getting ready for a volt mod.
The volt mod for the card (incase your interested)
Im hoping i can win that competition...
If i do i win a new pot....
^New pot
What do you guys think?
The current speed for the competition is about 4.7 ghz on the i7 920. (remember it has to be stable)
Im aming at 5 ghz... I dont have any ln2 left so it will only be dice.

cpuz shot and running benchmarks are quite a world apart and 5ghz on dice isnt exactly easy espically when your after speed so you can't turn HT off etc
lol overshocked 5ghz cpuz will put you arround the top50 in the world lol for my cpu i have to hit 6.5ghz for top 50 atm i can only get it into top 230 , time for some LN2 me thinks or fork out for me autocascade

Oh i know... it sucks. the gold cup used to be at 5.4 ghz and by the time i got my classy board there was a flood of submissions.
I hate cascades.. they will cost you about 2 grand and then you have to recharge it etc. Much easier to buy a $250 pot.
your a bit younger than i expected, anyway its an auto cascade so i only need two gasses propane and co2 both cheap as for cost it mainly depends on how big of a compressor i get mabee a 21cc is overkill but meh the one i have now is only 8.5 better then the crappy 5cc one you get given in the american version of the LS tho

HAHA, i know. Just kinda irritating to have to deal with.
Of course you will probably be alot cheaper for you B/C you will make it your self, correct?
I use propane for my phase... mainly because of the price/availability and the delicous boiling point.
