G31 and stock cooler for 607MHz extreme OCing... Get P45 Asus m/b, such as the P5Q Pro or P5Q-E, and a Hyper Z600 at least.

Cooler Master Hyper Z600 is very cheap and one of the best heat sink out there!

Thanks Andy!
I am definitely going to buy cooler master hyper Z600, but I was thinking of getting some overclock with DG31.Actually I am a casual but after playin Crysis Warhead I started to look for more.I have bought my mobo new & yup as you said it sucks in overclocking, anyway can't be lucky?

E7500 should be fine for Crysis as long as you have a decent GFX. HD4870 or the upcoming HD57xx will be good enough!

Crysis is too gay! Even the best card, GTX295, can only get about 40fps or so.
