My toshiba m-35 installed vista,i want reinstall win xp that installed by manfuc

my toshiba m35-s320 working with vista that installed with new HD but i want return
win xp, there is no recovery partion or cd how return to factory setting or reinstal win xp?
here the back there is win xp serial no. please need help
