Im Currently thinking about getting the AMD Phenome 9550 BE, mainly due to its Nvidia hybrid technology compatability.

However recently i have heard of the Deneb chip, will this include the Nvidia hybrid tech, is it out soon, is it worth the wait, i had a search on AMD website cuddnt find anything on it.

thanks

AFAIK the nvidia hybrid technology has to do with the mobo chipset and corresponding nvidia graphics card, not the CPU.

yh, but only AMD compatable MObo's have the nvidia hybrid feature, its the CPU im asking about,

9550?

What will the machine be used for, as that CPU is rather slow on anything that can't take advantage of the multithreaded capability.

everything really, gaming, internet, film, etc

you would probably be better off with a higher clocked dual. 6400+. or maybe a higher clocked triple cripple.
